Bottle Packing

For this application . The problem is that the conveyor is used to move bottles into the packaging machine, the products are loaded into the conveyor, tested to ensure that they are complete and sealed, and then the correct number of bottles (four) is placed inside the bag.. The control actions required are: if a bottle is not filled, the conveyor will be stopped; the capping machine will be switched on when a bottle is in the required position; the conveyor will be stopped during this time; count four bottles and activate the packing machine, with the conveyor stopped when another bottle arrives at the packing point at that time; and sound an alarm when the conveyor stops

Car Park Barrier Operation Using Valves

Consider using pneumatic valves to operate barriers in car parks. The in-barrier must be opened when the appropriate money is put into the collection box; when a car is detected at that barrier, the out-of-box must be opened. The valves used for the barriers have a single position solenoid, and a second position return spring. And the position given by the spring when the solenoid is not energized is the one achieved. The valves are used to make the pistons turn. The motion causes the barrier to rotate and lift around its pivot as the pistons move upwards. As a piston retracts the barrier is weakened by the return spring movement. When a barrier is down, a switch is rolled; when it is up, a switch is rolled out. Those switches are used to signify inputs whether the barrier is down or up. Sensors are used to show that the right amount of money has been put into a vehicle's collecting box to reach and sound as a car has reached the exit barrier.
